Two forms of identification are required.  One must be a photo ID.

Income Requirements:

The combined gross income of the prospective tenants must meet or exceed three times the amount of the rent.  Only income that is verifiable can be put towards this.  Employment with a friend or relative, as well as self-employment, may require further inquiry.  Current employment must be for at least one full year.  Applications which do not meet this criteria may obtain a qualified co-signer if other criteria is satisfied.

Rental History:

Applicants must have a satisfactory current and past landlord history (i.e. timely payments and no eviction record) and it must be verifiable.  A relative or friend is not considered to be a satisfactory reference.  Applicants who do not have a previous rental history may obtain a co-signer if other criteria is satisfied.

Credit History:

Credit checks may be performed on all applicants.  Applicants who have delinquent balances with any prior landlord will automatically be declined.

Living Requirements:

Only one person is allowed to live in efficiencies.  Up to two people may live in a one bedroom.  A maximum of four people may live in a two bedroom apartment and 6 people in a 3 bedroom.

Security Deposits:

Security Deposits must be paid in full prior to the move-in date.  Half  is due upon when the lease is written up and the balance is due when the lease is returned to the Landlord with all the signatures.


Co-signers must meet or exceed all requirements as stated above.

The Fair Credit Reporting Act requires that we notify you that as a part of our normal procedure, a routine inquiry may be made.  This inquiry will provide applicable information concerning character, general reputation, personal characteristics and mode of living.
I certify that the statements made in this application are true and complete to the best of my knowledge and belief.  I understand that false or incomplete statements or information are punishable under federal law and will be grounds for Devine Apartments to terminate any lease.  I understand that it is my responsibility to inform management of any changes on this application with 14 days.
